We want Quit Coach to genuinely help you quit. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial paid order date — no questions asked.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Manage billing link in your account. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period. The 30-day guarantee above still applies to your first paid month.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Stripe. To request a refund:

• Email us at dharmamurtipty@gmail.com with the email used at checkout — we'll process the refund through Stripe.
• You can also cancel anytime from the Manage billing link in your account to stop future charges.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the billing portal in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of your current paid period.

Your consumer rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for major failures and for failures that don't amount to a major failure.
