We want Quit Coach to genuinely help you quit. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial paid order date — no questions asked.

Free trial

Both Starter and Pro plans include a 4-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. If you forget, the 30-day guarantee above still applies to your first paid month.

How to request a refund

Our payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, or
• Email us at dharmamurtipty@gmail.com and we will arrange it with Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the billing portal in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of your current paid period.

Your consumer rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for major failures and for failures that don't amount to a major failure.
